Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services, software, APIs, or websites provided by FinalBoss Technology Inc. ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

FinalBoss Technology provides cryptographic consent enforcement infrastructure, including but not limited to: consent verification engines, receipt generation systems, SDK libraries, and governance tools. All services are provided under license and remain the intellectual property of FinalBoss Technology Inc.

3. Intellectual Property

All patent applications, source code, algorithms, documentation, and trade secrets are the exclusive property of FinalBoss Technology Inc. All patent applications are Patent Pending Examination status. No license is granted except as explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

4. Permitted Use

You may use published open-source packages (NPM, PyPI) under their respective licenses. All other use of FinalBoss Technology products requires a commercial license agreement.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any proprietary FinalBoss Technology product. You may not use our services to circumvent consent enforcement mechanisms or facilitate unauthorized data processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

FinalBoss Technology provides services "as is" without warranty. In no event shall the company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
